My story
Hi there, I’m Rachel.

Think of me as the People Person you hire before you need a People Person. Or in some cases, instead of. I’ve seen some businesses over-invest in things they don’t need and others leave critical decisions way too late. I work with Founders to determine what you need and what you don’t. I'm hands-on and delivery oriented - which means I'll leave you with tangible assets and tools.
