My story
Hi there, I’m Rachel.

Think of me as the People Person you hire before you need a People Person. Or in some cases, instead of. I’ve seen some businesses over-invest in things they don’t need and others leave critical decisions way too late. I work with Founders to determine what you need and what you don’t. I'm hands-on and delivery oriented - which means I'll leave you with tangible assets and tools.

I get it. Growth in start-ups is hard. Talent is scarce. Revenue is uncertain. Investing in your people programs feels indulgent and distracting. Yet you are at your most vulnerable (but urgent) stage of growth.
After working with some of the worlds’ best companies (Google, Accenture, the Publicis Group) and Australia’s most exciting startups and scaleups (Zip, Slyp) I found the sweet-spot between startups & people ops. I love advising and working alongside founders to get them off the ground with solid footing - building exceptional companies along the way.
